Our “A” Team: Meet Leila

Undergoing a facial plastic surgery procedure can be a major life event. It is something that requires the right levels of support and clear communication every step of the way.

I’m proud of our team and the difference they make. Their approach to work is professional and caring. They bring their best selves and skills to their roles each day.

In other blog posts we’ve profiled Jacqui, Melissa, Maddie, and Krisztina. Since November 2020, we have also welcomed Leila Wigan as Patient Co-Ordinator.

Meet Leila

Leila works closely with Maddie as our first point of contact with patients. If you call our offices, it’s likely that Leila will be the person who answers your initial general questions about the facial plastic surgery procedure you are interested in.

Leila’s role involves responding to patient enquiries about the practice, via email or phone, and co-ordinating your appointments with me or other team members.

As part of this role, Leila has developed a solid understanding of many aspects of the patient journey with us. Her passion is helping people. In fact, she has recently decided to study Nursing, building on her studies in Health Sciences, so that she can develop more skills to be of service to others.

Customer service comes naturally to Leila and with the patients of many different ages and backgrounds that we see, there is a lot of variety in the role.

Another of the highlights are when patients return for their follow-up consultations after their surgery. “I’m always so excited to see them,” she says.
