Here are some results from a recent NBC Today Show/AOL Body Image survey:
- 63% said they feel like they could lose weight
- 53% don’t like having their picture taken
- 50% think about their appearance several times a day
- 44% feel uncomfortable wearing swim suits
- 41% said they worry that people judge their appearance
