Stop and consider: what are all the things going on behind the scenes in your life?

What contributes to it running smoothly, to your health, happiness, vitality?

There is a lot of work that goes unseen in daily life.

Whether it’s the dishes that are miraculously ‘done’, the kids’ after-school schedules running seamlessly, bills paid, food on the table, or that killer workout that landed you those enviable abs!

We don’t always see or notice the daily life goodness, but when we stop and think about it, for each of us there is a whole ecosystem contributing to our sense of vitality.

What matters to each of us will be both shared and unique. Family, health and the capacity to make choices are universally important – yet the level of attention each of us pays to aspects of our lives will vary.
